We take fraud very seriously. In order to keep the community safe for all users, The Jules team constantly monitors the marketplace for fraudulent items and dishonest buyers/sellers. Our Zero-Tolerance Policy means that anyone posting counterfeit goods, sending counterfeit items once a sale has been initiated, posting items they do not own, or engaging in any other duplicitous behavior will be immediately banned from The Jules.

What is my seller fee?

Only when an item is purchased, is a seller fee charged. Currently, the seller fee is $3 USD for all sellers. As we grow, seller fees will depend on the country of the seller.

Commission Fees

Only when an item is purchased, is a commission fee charged. Commission fees are taken from the sale price.

The commission fee for every seller is 5%. Cancellations on orders, verification issues, and selling items not as described can lead to penalties of $3 per order.

Cash Out Fees

When earnings are deposited through ACH direct deposit or PayPal, a 2.9% cash out fee will be applied. Sellers may cash out if their total earnings are greater than $25.00.
